Actions | Amorolfine Hydrochloride is the hyrochloride salt form of amorolfine, a morpholine antifungal agent. Amorolfine inhibits delta-14-reductase and delta-7,8-isomerase, which depletes ergosterol and causes ignosterol to accumulate in the fungal cytoplasmic cell membrane. |
