Preparation Note | Lyophilized powder in Tris-buffered salts containing protease inhibitors; Reconstitute the lyophilized enzyme in 2 ml of deionized water to obtain a 0.5 mg/ml solution in 12.5 mM Tris buffer and protease inhibitors. |
