Application | Sulfatase from abalone entrails has been used in a study to determine that human p-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1 interacts with the skin-associated chemokine CCL27 via sulfated tyrosines at the PSGL-1 amino terminus. Sulfatase from abalone entrails has also been used in a study to investigate HPLC of sulfate and glutathione conjugates from hamster embryo fibroblasts. |
Preparation Note | Stock solutions of this product may be prepared in 0.2% NaCl aqueous solution. One publication reports preparation of 500 units/mL aqueous stock solutions of this product in 100 mM sodium acetate, pH 7.0, and storage of this stock solution in aliquots at –80 °C. |
