Application | This enzyme is useful for enzymatic determination of glycerol and of triglyceride when coupled with lipoprotein lipase in clinical analysis. Formation of NADH from the reaction of glycerol and NAD+ was catalyzed by the enzyme glycerol dehydrogenase. |
